HDX 9000

hi

 

i have HDX 9 000, it is restnarting automatically for every 10-15min,

i have tried with reset buttion located at front side of the machine, but not working with this trick..

 

can any one help me how to come out from this problem

What version of software is your HDX running?  Can you upgrade to the latest version using a USB stick?

Already upgrade to the latest version using a USB stick is done. still same issue !!!

Have you tried Factory Restore and load the image from the factory?

 

To reset the system to its factory partition software using the restore button:

  1. 1  While the system is powered off, press and hold the restore button.

  2. 2  While holding the restore button, press the power button once.

  3. 3  Keep holding the restore button for 5 more seconds, then release it.

During the factory restore process, the system displays the Polycom startup screen on component monitors. Other types of monitors will be blank. Do not power off the system during the factory restore process. The system restarts automatically when the process is complete. 

 

Otherwise, if the codec will not be stable, issue a RMA request to have the system replaced.

Hello all,

 

before a RMA of the unit itself, an attempt to work with the Polycom Reseller or Polycom Support should be the minimum troubleshooting effort.

 

The logs should at least be checked.
