Dear all, I have HDX7000 connected to IP7000 when I try to dial a phone number using the IP7000 while the video conference is running on the HDX, the call cannot be initiated when the number is more the 10 digits while I can call 15 digit number from the IP7000 itself without the video conference running. The logs from PBX shows that the amount of digit come out from the IP7000 are only 10 digits just during the video conference is ON Thank you all

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
