We have HDX 6000 POLYCOM VC.  it is connected with Samsung LCD 32" TV through HDMI

for output.   now our TV is under repair.  and as for HDX 6000 only one VIDEO Output port is there.

now we are trying to get the output of said VC on LAPTOP through HDMI CABLE but it cant display

output.   kindly suggest us how to get output of THIS vc to any alternate media like LAPTOP/MONITOR

in case of our hdmi tv is not available.

I see from the post that one ought to be able to use an HDMI-to-VGA converter to connect the HDX 6000 to a VGA monitor.  I am trying to do that but having no success.  All parts have been tested - the HDMI cable is good, the VGA cable is good, the converter works (from laptop HDMI to VGA monitor via converter).  But, when the HDX 6000 Polycom processor is connected in the same manner, nothing is displayed.  Please advise.
