We have CX5000s set up and working great in our conference rooms.  However, since upgrading from Live Meeting to Lync we can't figure out how to answer calls without grabbing the keyboard and mouse and clicking Accept in the Lync Client.

Where is the keyband integration configured?  Thanks.

This is the expected functionality between the CX5000 and the Lync client. The integrated keypad is for answering pots calls if there is an analog line connected to the power brick. This is how Microsoft OCS functioned as well.

Ah, that makes sense.  We moved from POTS to SIP when moving to Lync.  Thanks for the reply.
