Initializing Call Stack error on CMAD

Having a problem on some of our CMAD clients.  Getting "Initializing Call Stack" and it hangs on sign in.  The CMA5000 server is showing them as GK and Directory registered but no presence.  The server version is 6.0.1.ER10 and the clients are all 5.2.2.13044  Right now about 5 users out of 65 experience this issue.  All CMAD's are connecting on the internal network and are running on windows machines.  Any help on this is much appreciated.
