Good day everyone

Client has a CX7000 codec and they want to have it integrated into the rooms AV infrstructure. The client is running shure table top mics, two polycom soundstructure c16 units (there are two rooms but they combine to form one large room) and an Crestron DM system. The user wants to use the table top mics and ceiling speakers with the CX7000 instead of using polycom HDX mics. We had picked up a CLink2 to HDX mic cable and had it installed into the room's C16 but when we test the mics, there is no sound.

The soundstrucure is showing us that it's receicing signal from the mics but it' seems it's just not making it to the CX7000. The CX7000 does see the CLink2 cable and we know the speakers are working. When the sound structure was setup, it didn't have any options for the CX7000 so we ran the setup saying it was an HDX codec and then tried stereo and mono. None of these options worked.

Has anyone integrated the CX7000 with a polycom soundstructure with 3rd party mics?
