I have registered Polycom HDX 8000 in the call manager but i am failing to make a connection. I have attached the log files.

I am able to ping the call manager SIP and H.323 successfully. The logs shows that SIP messages are not being exchanged properly. I am not sure the settings which i must change. May you please guide me.

When i try to call an extension. It says connecting, then it says the call has ended.

LAN Properties

My HDX 8000 is getting an IP address in the Voice VLAN 82

Under the option enable 802.1p/q. Should i enable it and put VLAN 82 on this option.

I enabled my SIP settings, registered the server IP address.

My H.323 setting is not enabled.

Should i enable this option.

My firewall is not enabled. I am trying calling local numbers but i am failing. I guese there is no need to enable this for local numbers.

I have used this document "Polycom Unified Communications with Cisco Interoperability" to register my HDX 8000 into cisco call manager but at the moment i am failing to establish a connection.

Let me know if there are other settings, licences, equipment i need to buy.
