Hello all, I've been using M100 successfully with multiple end users for about a year now on an old Windows XP Machine.
Always worked fine.
But since upgrading to Windows 7 and reregistering the account, it doesn't connect as easily. Now the Polycom end users can't see find me, and I can't find them.
I can only connect by making an H.323 call using the IP address##Extension method.
How do I go back to the old way where we ere able to see each other's Contact details?
