When connecting to our in house HDX7000 via our external IP(NAT), the in house can see and hear the offsite individual. the offsite connection can hear the in house, but can not get the video. I've been able to recreate this on 2 separate laptops.
If connected internally and using the internal IP everything works fine, but the external IP still does not produce a video. This also happens if connected via our VPN.
