I have a Polycom Touch Control (Software v. 1.17.0-38) paired with a HDX 7000 (software v. 3.1.11-53024).

 

The HDX is configured to use an external LDAP server as directory server. When using a regular remote control to search the directory, search results are returned as expected. This is also the case when using the HDX admin web GUI.

 

However, when trying to search the directory from the Touch Control, I'm only seeing "No search results found."

 

I can see "Recent calls" and "Favorites" just fine from the Touch Control, so the connection/pairing seems fine.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to start troubleshooting this issue?
