Sorry this may be more about bridges than end points but it involves both.
If you dial publicIPofbridge##meetingroomIDMeetingPIN
this should work except you could do with a pause between meetingroomID and MeetingPIN.
Does H.323 dialling allow for this & can Polycom end points do it?
