Personal Telepresence - low ADSL bandwidth

We're testing Personal Telepresence with ADSL speeds 384 up and 1050 down.  Does anyone have experience with slow speeds and successful connectivity?  Any tuning parameters that might help?

I assume you are using the m100 Telepresence.  In the Network section of the preferences you can choose a preferred speed based on the type of internet connection you have.  There is also a setting under the Call Settings section for ADSL.

384 is rather low so don't expect great video quality.
