Good afternoon,

Recently upgraded 4 Polycom Group 500 series endpoints to version 6.0.0-280932. Since that time, any time we do a point to point from one of these 4 endpoints, one of the locations does not receive any audio or video, but the other side receives audio / video without any issues.

If two of these same endpoints dial into the a 5310 MCU , video / audio for BOTH sites pass through without any issue. Looking at the CDRs I noticed that for point to point, H.264-HP (high profile) is used, but when the systems go through the MCU, just H.264 is being used.

Could High Profile be the issue and how do I disable it? Bandwidth is not a concern for us.

If this was working prior to upgrading to 6.0 please open a service report with your Polycom service site so that Polycom engineering can look at this.

If you can get Wireshark traces along with the endpoint logs that may help them.
