Polycom Touch Control & Directory Entries

HDX 7000 on 3.0.4, PTC on 1.4.0, CMA and RMX. Create Virtual Meeting Rooms on the codec directory. The entries on the codec do not pull through to the directory on the Polycom Touch Control. No error messages, Favorites and Directory screens are blank on PTC however they are populated on the CODEC side. Total of 5 HDX 7000 and 5 PTC throughout the organization.

Hi there :)

imho your machine has to be connected to a directoy server to be able to search and call entries from the touch control.

Maybe Steffen or one of the other guys around has more informations on that.

The client has a Lync environment so is it possible to Sync through that server?

im having the same issue where I can't sync or see the directory which is already stored on the codec to the touch control
