Polycom VSX series BACK TO BACK SUPPORT

Dear Sir,

 

We have two Polycom Video Conferecing system which serial number are below:

 

1. Polycom VC VSX 7800 Sr. No.        82062806BC62B9

2. Polycom VSX 7000e (128) Sr. No.  8208410A4BBFB9

We want, above VC back to back with Polycom, please suggest to us.

 

Is Polycom giving back to back support for this model ?

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

The:

 

  1. Polycom VSX 7000e (128) Sr. No.  8208410A4BBFB9 is from back in 28/10/2008
  2. Polycom VC VSX 7800 Sr. No.        82062806BC62B9 is back from 25/07/2006

I am unsure if there are any Indian Polycom resellers offering support on this but please find one => here <=

We have contact to some reseller and other polycom authorised resources but they are saying back to back not possible so we want from your end, IS BACK TO BACK is possible from Polycom if we direct contact to Polycom.

I am not familiar with the term back to back and again you are asking for support for two endpoints that are nearly 11 and 9 years old.
