Hi all, i have an endpoint device QDX 6000 with Q61125933D5AA4F7 serial and release - 4.0.3-3195. Recently when i try to establish a video conference my local image don't show the local room. Only show a blue screen. I turn off de device, cables unplugged, turn on, camera realize some movement that indicate it is ok but all the time show a blue screen.

Can i do something to solve this? Somebody have any idea?

Regards,

Thiago Costa.

As long as the default camera is the input the camera is connected to this would indicate the camera image is not getting to the codec.  The basic thing would be a faulty cable (bent pins) or the camera output is not working would be the most common faults indicated by this description.
