I have a QDX6000 videoconferencing device when I try to call on Ip to any videoconferencing device I can see them but they only see a blue screen. Software Version Release - 4.0.2-3152

Fixed when I visited it was evident that the video cable had been disconnected

Do you see an image on your preview screen?  It could be a video source which has nothing connected is being sent

 

What does the stats show?  Is it receiving a video stream?  if not check your firewalls.

 

You can always test to:

71.14.2.157 or .158  They are heavily used so it maybe that you need to call back to get into them.
