Hi everybody

I've bought a QDX6000 for my university dept.

As far as I can understand, the secondary display can be used only to see what's coming from the local camera.

There's no way to have the video for the remote part on the secondary monitor.

Is this true?

This would make the secondary monitor almost useless.

It's quite common to have the console menus and the local part video on the primary display and the remote part, full screen on the secondary.

Will this be fixed in future?

Thanks

Hello,

Thank you for your question. In the QDX what you see is what you get. You do not have how to switch image in between the monitors. The Far end comes on monitor one and near end comes in monitor 2. In a call, repeatedly press PIP on the remote control to switch among the screen layouts supported by the Polycom QDX 6000 system.

Kind Regards,

-Dan
