I kindly ask for a suggestion related to the following situations:
On a complete Polycom videoconference, with rmx1500 and all virtual servers needed, on PC's had installed RPD Enterprise 3.7
On some users RPD they can find other users in "Directory", on other users no contacts can be found.
In Resource Manager, there are no differencies between such users

Are these users signing into RPRM the same way the other users do?

thank you for your response.
Yes all users are signing in RPRM, on the same server rm.intranet.company.ro,
I tried on the same PC, from the company intranet, without changing any network configurations, with 2 different users:on one user the address book work, on the other don't.
There are other places than RPRM to look for different settings?
