I am having the same issue described here. When connecting to a Sony PCS-G50 Terminal. The distant users don't receive any video feed from the Polycom software.Any updates on this matter?
No progress have been made on this matter since then... i've contacted the compagny and they were not willing to do anything on this matter.
The only fix for the connectivity with Sony pcs g50 was to install an earlier versino of polycom Realpresence Desktop.
Versions that will work : 2,0 or 2,1
anything newer than this will not.
I did have a similiar problem but it was not with a Sony Monitor. When I made a call with the RealPresence Desktop, I could see the other person, but they could not see me. I did an upgrade to the monitor device driver and everything is working well, now.
I know this is a simple answer, but it did do the trick for me. I hope this helps you also.
