I downloaded and used the trial version of the RealPresence Desktop during commissioning of new VTC systems. My laptop has two networks: integrated wireless (connected to the internet) and wired Ethernet (connected to the VTC system under test). This setup allowed me to make IP to IP video calls between the new VTC system and my laptop. By default, the software uses the wireless adapter and I was able to call the new VTC system by dialing its IP thru the wired Ethernet .

When the 30 day trial period was over, bought the license and activated copy of software. Default network is still the wireless. This setup, with the licensed RealPresence Desktop, will no longer allow me to call a new VTC system. I have disabled the wireless adapter hoping that the software would chose the wired Ethernet but it did not.

I have looked at all the Settings page and I can't find an option to select the wired Ethernet

NOTE: The VTC system is part of a private LAN (10.10.1.x) used to control audio and video components.

Thank you.
