Hello OlegPowerC,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to provide a little bit of history for the device in question.

  • Is this a newly installed or a used unit ?

I am not sure who advised you to attempt such recovery but I can only ask you to seek professional support as I doubt we provide such instructions to untrained end users.

Please work with your Polycom reseller to raise a case with Polycom support.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Hello OlegPowerC,

untrained end users are not qualified to repair or maintain Polycom equipment.

We do not provide such information to end users and you are therefore required to reach out to a Polycom reseller in order to receive Polycom support.

The command line method is not supported for end users and I therefore close this topic.

Best Regards
