Opposite to the previous post, I need my endpoints to see the site that is currently talking.

We have all sites mute their microphones, and only unmute when they are ready to talk.

When they do this and start talking, I want all the endpoints to view the talking site.

This only happens at our main location, not at the endpoints.

I have lecture view switching enabled in the profile, auto layout is disabled.

Is there one system that is hosting the MP call or is there a bridge involved? If a single endpoint hosting the MP call, I would set that system for Full Screen mode:

Full Screen - The site that is speaking is shown in full screen to all other sites. The current speaker sees the previous speaker.

What you are using is Presentation Mode

Presentation Mode - The speaker see continuous presence (Hollywood Squares) while the other sites see the speaker in full screen.

So in my professional opinion I would say Full Screen would be the best choice.
