Telepresence m100 does not work with Ligitech HD Pro webcam C920

Good day! I can't connect the Logitech HD Pro C920 webcam to Telepresence m100. The program does not see it.

Currently we are not supporting 1080 cameras, however I have heard unofficial reports of a C910 camera working.

I suspect your camera should be able to support lower resolutions and we should be able to at least get a VGA stream from it.

This is something we want to look into.

Have you installed the latest drivers for the camera?

Do other video applications 'see' the camera (Skype or video recording programs, for example)

If other applications can 'see' the camera we would like to collect the m100 logs for examination.
