Description of the requested service When making call by Polycom realpresence group with a specific country for example from bogota to peru generates error "The intermediary network by which the call is sent does not provide service to the destination address". It is tried from another Polycom ours and the same error is presented as when the call is made from that country to ours.

Generally means that the network is not allowing that type of call (assuming it is an H.323) or not allowing for UDP protocol packets.  Or a firewall is rejecting the call.

To isolate which end the problem could be on you can call a 'netural' site like a test site, one in north America is at 71.14.2.157 / .158.  They are generally very busy and you might get a far site busy indication.
