I am experiencing issues with the Cisco Webex platform that we use for VMRs, I'm having an issue where my standalone RPG500 systems are unable to initiate a meeting. If a meeting is already underway (eg started via a PC endpoint) I am able to join the call no problem.
According to Cisco support, it may be due to a DTMF method being used by the Polycom unit.
Firstly, how do I determine which DTMF Method is being used and secondly, can I change it to a format supported by Webex?
Apparently Cisco webex supports - "H.323 standards-based video endpoints which support DTMF via H.245 UserInputIndication method "DTMF" (basicString, generalString, iA5String, hookflash, and any other methods are unsupported)."
Any help would be appreciated.

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
