I'm tying to upgrade VSX 8000 using LAN.  System has not been upgraded since 07.  Can't seem to log into system through LAN, all I get is screen saying Polycom Loading Language Files.  Help would be appreciated.

You need to be on the same Lan Segment to update the VSX.

May be a Java script issue.  Web interface has been made less Java dependant but I'm sure I had a few periods around 2007 where I couldn't web any of my VSXs because my Java had auto-updated.  Waited for the next update & the issue went away.  Pete T
