User can create a conference room by themselves when they dial-in RMX 2000

Hi

I have a RMX 2000 in the headquater.

When people dial in the RMX 2000, they can create a new conference room themselves. (220.128.55.14##1234)

I don't want that, because this can be a security issue.

Can someone tell me how to change the configuration to disable it ?

Hi Zack...

this is called "ad-hoc" and can be disabled in the entry queue settings.

Take a look at the rmx admin guide, which can be found here, at page 41 and the following pages..
