I have to install RTV licenses so that some hdx8000 devices can talk to
Skype for business. I know that I should go to support.polycom.com but I do not know where and register them with each serial so you must change the configuration of the equipment to be registered in the active directory, I could say here or a tutorial how to do it.
Thank you

Hello armontesm,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

To my knowledge the HDX only supports LYNC 2010 and LYNC 2013. There is not Skype for Business support for the HDX.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hello armontesm,

One Image is of a GroupSeries and yes you can register a GroupSeries to an On Premise Skype for Business server.

The other is a HDX and we do not support Skype for Business and only support LYNC 2010 and LYNC 2013.
