there is a problem ... i lost my polycom license doucment before installation ... so i dont have any serial no..
please tell me is there any solution to fine the license key which was i purchase from polycom distributor ... i dont have any kind of infromation abt my license key .,, tell me how i can get back the license key .....

welcome to the Polycom Community.
There is no need to post multiple replies covering the same issue.
You have been asked to provide the Serial Number of the unit which you have not done so far.
In addition we encourage all users to use the Forum Search.
Doing this with the word license => here <= brings back multiple post's covering the same question.
The Serial Number of the Unit is printed on the back and usually starts with an 8.
The browse to the Polycom Support Page => here <= and register for an free account.
The License Option is clearly listed on above page and should be easy enough to follow in order to retrieve the license.
If you still struggle I would recommend to work with your Reseller or Polycom Support to retrieve the missing license code.
