  • B ---CALL---> A, 1:1, No problem
  • B ---CALL---> C, 1:1, No problem
  • B ---CALL---> A,C(mp), No problem
  • A ---CALL---> C, 1:1, Connected and sounded but not visible to each other
  • A ---CALL---> B,C(mp), All are connected and sounded, but C video can’t be seen in A

 

What is the problem??

What network(s) are involved? Firewalls? What protocol(s) used for calls?

HP Recommended

H323 and no firewalls.

HP Recommended

Are they all on the same local network or going thru Internet or MPLS?

Have you looked at the CALL STATISTICS during a problem call?

Maybe the SYSTEM LOGS show something relating to video protocol/resolution negotiation.
