Hello,

On the phones VVX300, VVX400, VVX500 with FW version 5.5.2.8571 configured BLFs keys don't appear on the phones.

The behavior is the same wheather BLF are configured in the provisioned config files or using phone web ui.

In both cases configured BLF is listed in the Utilities -> Line Key Configuration section of the phone web ui. And in the both cases BLF doesn't appear on the ...

No sign of the REGISTER request in the pcap.

Server is asterisk.

Relevant part of my {macaddress}.cfg is:

<ALL
device.set="1"
attendant.behaviors.display.remoteCallerID.normal="1"
attendant.behaviors.display.spontaneousCallAppearances.normal="0"
attendant.restrictPickup="0"
attendant.ringType="ringer1"
lineKey.reassignment.enabled="1"
feature.presence.enabled="1"
feature.directedCallPickup.enabled="1"
feature.enhancedFeatureKeys.enabled="1"
feature.urlDialing.enabled="0"
voIpProt.SIP.strictReplacesHeader="1"
reg.1.server.1.address="192.168.0.14"
reg.1.server.1.transport="TCPpreferred"
lineKey.1.index="1"
lineKey.1.category="BLF"
attendant.resourceList.1.address="sub_008@192.168.0.14"
attendant.resourceList.1.label="sub_008"
/>

I followed to the instructions from the http://support.polycom.com/global/documents/support/technical/products/voice/Static_BLF_TB62475.pdf

I think that I missed something obviouse in my config template. In the same time strange that BLF configured in the web ui behaves just the same.

Best regards,

Irina

Hello Steffen,

Thank you for your answer. I have found misconfigurations in linekey index values and registrations numbering that led to the incorrect screen population.

Issue is solved.

Best regards,

Irina Peshinskaya
