Hello to all,

 

We are migrating users to use VVX310 with a plantronic headset and use BToE for pairing the phone with Lync 2013.

 

Every time BToE start is pairing the VVX correctely, but the plantronics headset open and still open wih the wireless base, any idea how to avoid this ?

 

BToE should only communicate with the VVX ?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
