Boot corrupted? Reset difficulty

Hi,

 

I have a Polycom Soundpoint IP 335.  Purchased with a previous provider

 

I have been trying to set it up with Vonage.  I have the the password, but it seems to be having trouble locating the "boot" file?  or having trouble resetting to factory settings.

 

Any help/advice appreciated.

It would be helpful if you provide some details on the error messages that you receive.

 I tested the line and found similar issues. Try test your  VoIP over route-test.com, where you can find a solution quickly.
