Hi everyone! I'm trying to get a Busy Line indicator to work on our VVX500 phones. I've followed the instructions I've found in the forums and in the UC Admin 5.5 docs, but I can't seem to get it to work. We are on Version 5.5.2.8571. I do see a line appearance, however, it has an x showing next to the icon and it doesn't do anything when the other person gets a phone call, makes a phone call or gets a voicemail. Am I missing something? One of the instructions I was following can be found here:

Thanks for any help!

Hello Dave,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The feature itself depends completely if the Avaya SIP Switch supports this. There is a difference between the BLF functionality described in the linked document and as for example the attendant.uri instead.

I would advise you to contact Avaya support and check what they support.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
