I use a CX100 as my office speakerphone, attached to an IBM X61 Lenovo, over VOIP - Nortel Solution - Nortel Client 5.0.521(20081124). Other call attendees frequently hear themselves echo when they talk, unless I place my phone on Mute. This did not happen when I first started using the phone 4 weeks ago. Started about 2 weeks ago. Any thoughts as to what can cause this problem?

Hello sekwak,

The CX100 is a Microsoft LYNC device as shown => here <=
I am sure your environment is not an supported platform but all software support for the CX100 is provided by our Partner Microsoft.
Microsoft support can be found at this link https://premier.microsoft.com/ or if you do not have an account or support contract with Microsoft they do offer support on a per issue basis at this link http://support.microsoft.com/
