My business is relatively new to VOIP.  Moving from an in-office hardware-based phone system to VOIP, one feature is sorely missed.

My employees pickup a call in the lounge for example and say hold on, let me go to my computer.  They want to press the hold button, go to another phone, see the light blinking red or whatever, press the button and talk.

I have Polycom VVX 300 phones on Vonage.

I've seen this question asked in many ways on many forums, but the only answers I've seen involve call transfer and park features which are too convoluted for my business needs.

Are there any voip service providers that can do this?  Or is it a theoretical limitation of voip?

Thank you

Hello TalkTalk,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The Polycom Phones support Park as a basic standard feature but you would need to work with Vonage on how to set this up.
