Hi All

This is my first post, so please bear with me.

We have an Asterisk PBX that is running various models of Polycom phones and they have no issues.

We have just connected up a new VVX 400 phone and have encountered something strange.

I place a call and it goes through fine, but if I hang up and dial again I get dead air. Only after about a minute can I place another call.

I have Googled this to death, but no luck.

Does anyone one have any suggestions?

Thanks

Mal

Hello Mal,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

We have a sticky post for this:

Please upgrade to a currently supported version and it will be fixed.
