Hello!

Could anyone tell me the difference between the VVX410 and the VVX411 power supply?

We are a telecoms company and we have without realising used VVX410 power adaptors on VVX411 handsets, everything seems to work fine.

Our supplier (Gamma) now have 2 different part codes, 1 for VVX Series (which we usually purchase) and 1 specifically for VVX411 which is noticably dearer.

Could anyone clarify the difference for me?

Thank you!

Hello RaspberryBeretGroup-Telecoms,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Universal Power Supply for VVX 300, 310, 400, 410. 1-pack, 48V, 0.4A, UK power plug. 2200-46170-102

Universal Power Supply for VVX 301/311/401/411/501/601.  1-pack, 48V, 0.52A, UK power plug. 2200-48560-102

The above are the official Polycom part numbers and only the correct power supply for the matching phone should be utilized.

The hardware of the new VVXx01 or VVXx11 phones is slightly different so you must use the correct power supply.

I suggest you check with your Service Provider on this.
