Hi,

I have gone through the Polycom site several times and read the datasheet for the VVX300 line.  I can't seem to find what the difference is between the VVX300 and VVX301.  Same goes for VVX310 and VVX311.

Can anybody provide some clarification or even a link to a document that explains the differences?

Thanks,

Ricardo

Hello Ricardo,

The VVX301,311,401,411,501 and 601 are the new hardware refresh and have different CPU / Memory layout.

At some point the current VVX phones will go end of sale and the "new" models will replace these completely.

The only other difference is that the VVX401/411 now has 1x USB port where the "old" 400/410 did not have any.

Perfect.  That is exactly what I needed to know.

Thanks.
