I have a single IP550 phone that is working well and I would like to enable the Conference Call Manager using the feature.nWayConference.enabled setting in the features.cfg file. I have downloaded the file, edited the parameter to 1 and tried to use the IP550's Web Import Configuration command to upload the edited file. I do not have a configuration server.

 

I believe the Web-uploaded version of the file should override the version installed during the last firmware upgrade (to 4.1.1.0260), yet I do not appear to have any new functionality. I have cycled the power on the phone to reset it.

 

Obviously I'm doing something incorrectly. Can anyone give me any pointers please?
