The listing of firmware updates at:

http://support.polycom.com/content/support/North_America/USA/en/support/voice/soundpoint_ip/soundpoi...

seems confusing.

Why does:

Polycom UC Software for SoundPoint IP and SoundStation IP [Combined] 4.1.1 Rev AA

have a date of Aug. 15, 2015

while an apparently OLDER firmware version number of

Polycom UC software for VVX Business media Phones, SoundStation and SoundPoint IP [combined] 4.0.11

has a date of July 6, 2016, that is more recent?

My SoundPoint IP 335 phones all show they have firmware version 4.0.11.0583 and it seems like they should be udpated to 4.1.1 Rev AA, but because of the listing of updates, I'm not sure.

Hello HometownPub

Please check the FAQ as this is explained there. There is a difference between Lync and openSIP
