HTTPS provisioning | phone not registering

Hi,

We have a polycom boot server with FTP and HTTPS(with Thawte cert) provisioning. The issue is when we try to provision polycom SPIP 650(firmware 3.2.2) via HTTPS its downloading all the files but not registering, but when we provision it via FTP it successfully registers. 

Can you please advise us something.

Hello nikita,

the Log would be a good place to start looking. Did you attempt to check the release notes for a later Version, as SIP 3.2.7 has just been release, to see if there is anything mentioned in there?

Hello Nikita,

as a Polycom Employee I am not really able to provide free support and would need to refer you to a reseller or Polycom Support.

Looking only briefly at the log you stated coming from the HTTPS provisioning attempt (7th of may?) the phone download's its files via HTTP so you may be mistaken there.

Looking at the apache log you get 401 and 404 errors so there seems to be an access issue.

Please check your installation again or contact support as advised.
