Hello,

 

I have a Ip 5000 soundstation. The users have some trouble to use the DTMF and i would like to check, and edit the dtmf protocol to put on SIP_INFO.

I found some old topics which provide a solution using a provisioning server.

 

Is there a simple way to edit it in the web interface? maybe with an update?

no you cannot. You can only import the configuration examples attached to the FAQ post.

 

Plenty of info which you should be able to find via the community search in addition.

So i tried to follow the previous topic about dtmf regognition with sip_info. Could you tell me if the configuration file is good or is there some errors.

I'm not sure where to add the following line in my export file.

Resolution: Only the most common settings can be changed via the Phone UI or the Web Interface. Additional configuration parameters either require a provisioning server as shown => here <= or simply import a configuration file (or unzip FAQ attached example files) and import these via the Web Interface as shown => here <=
