I have a few Polycom IP 7000's which are starting to stop working, they are no longer under support due to age however would like to know if there is any way I can factory reset with a keystroke. Phone boots with Red Icons, the screen goes white and then does not progress, no menu to get into settings. Phoen was working yesterday with no changes in the room so seems very strange.
MAC address is 0004F2EF88AB if this is of use.

welcome to the Polycom Community.
There are a couple of simular posts in this community but as already mentioned the unit is out of warranty as it was sold back in September 2014.
I suggest you work with your supplier on an RMA as the unit cannot be recovered once in this state.
Just as a sanity check, do you still see the Polycom logo?
