Issues with Size of Time and Date on 550 and 650 Phones

I am using Polycom 550's and 650's with my Elastix phone system.

I used the endpoint manager to configure the phones and now my date and time display is small and at the bottom of the screen (see attached photo)

I want it to be like it was by default.  What do I have to modify in the phone or in Elastix to get the display back to where it was?

Help!!!  This is driving me bonkers!!!

Re: Issues with Size of Time and Date on 550 and 650 Phones

Hello Jim,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Would the elastix support not be the better place to check what they modify in the Polycom Configuration?

It would possibly be something with the idle screen or they load a background picture / logo pushing the time/date down on the screen.

Someone would need to look at your phone configuration but myself as an Polycom employee am unable to provide you with free support in this case.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Re: Issues with Size of Time and Date on 550 and 650 Phones

Steffen,

Thank you for your prompt reply.  I have posted this question on the Elastix site as well but it appears that I am being directed back to Polycom.

I know that the solution has to be a simple one but I can't seem to come up with a resolution.

I am thinking that this has to do with something in the microbrowser but I don't know where to fix it.

I will let you know what I find out.
