I have two Soundstation 5000IP's in my office. I am using Natterbox as my VOIP provider. 

 

I setup the configuration for the first device and had no issues. 

 

The second device has all the correct settings as per the Natterbox instructions, however even though I have the correct IP Gateway setup, it still pulls the wrong gateway when I save the configuration. I have rebooted the phone twice to see if it just needed to update, but every time I check the network configuration the wrong IP Gateway is listed. WHen I check the setting, the correct IP Gateway is listed. 

 

Is there a known issue or something that I am missing to get it to find the right gateway?

Hello mikegodphx,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

In addition are you using DHCP or manual IP assignment. If DHCP you cannot set a manual gateway as the DHCP server has a higher precedence.
