I followed instructions on the following link to create parking BLF on my VVX 500.

When a call is active and I press the park softkey, it doesn't park the call instead it transfter the call to the extension of that park key.  Also when the phone is idle and I press the park key, the phone to dial the extension.  What did I miss?  Thanks.

you have so far started 3 other Topics but have not really provided any feedback towards the reply's so far.

 

Could you be so kind and provide some feeback on previous post's as the community lives of the results and advise that other users give?

just a follow up as you have not yet responded to this post => here <=

 

You original 1st Post => here <= showed what seems a Beta Unit judging on the Software Version. You did not reply back if you ever got a later Release on this phone or not.

 

I would strongly advise you to work with your Reseller and/or Polycom Contact directly in order to ensure that you are not using a Beta Unit.

We've been working with our reseller on this issue and sorry for not  being able to respond to my post in timely manner.  We just got 80 VVX 500 phones and they should have the latest software installed.  Do you have any suggestions?

as these VVX500 are brand new Phones the correct support process is to work via your Reseller with Polycom Support.
