Polycom IP7000 Initial File Error. Error 0x0

I have a Polycom ip7000 that promp up prelinimary rom beta use only. Then  Initial File Error. Error 0x0

I tried install ftp file pointed to new fimware folder but seems like phone can't optain an ip number from the router. 

Do you guys have any suggestions?

Hello ,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Polycom Beta units are the property of Polycom and must be returned to Polycom once the Beta Phase has ended.

 

You will not be able to flash a release version of our Software on this phones as these only accept beta code. You should return the unit to Polycom.
