Polycom VVX 600 "Click to Call"

Does the VVX 600 phone and UC system enable click to call from an email or website?

Are there configuration steps that need to be done to get this to work for the users?

Any help or advice is welcomed as it would be a good selling point to our users.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

There is no Polycom product that offers this as a simple install

Hi William,

A click to dial feature really is handy. Have you tried using CTIs like <removed>. It can support Polycom integrations. One of its main features is the Click To Dial Anywhere, its really easy to set up and is user friendly. Check out <removed> for more info.
